Last year my Taylors bulbs were badly stored by the retailer and soggy .I informed Taylors as I have always been delighted with their bulbs. It was too late to plant replacements but today I received a complete replacement from them to plant in time for spring.The best customer service and support. As a family we have planted Taylors for decades so knew it was storage at the retailers. Certainly a good enough reason to keep buying Taylors and now we can buy on line.

Contacted Taylors in June for information about their horseradish thongs and, in particular, about my purchase of two packets from a garden centre fairly late in April. Found that thongs were quite desiccated when planted and have shown no sign of life. Very kind member of staff explained thongs are harvested and sent to garden centres January/February for planting February/March. Whilst the garden centre should have removed the thongs from sale or reimbursed me, I was delighted when Taylor's undertook to send me fresh thongs next February, an action which speaks highly of their approach customer service.
