The Romantic Garden Nursery

Calling from Switzerland, it was only after talking with a number of Norfolk gardencentres, that I finally found the Ginkgo Biloba tree I was looking for, this at the Romantic Garden this past Thursday, 4th July.

From my point of view, as the buyer, all I can say is that John, with whom I dealt, was nothing short of knowledgeable, helpful, organised and efficient. What's more, the communications, invoicing and payment were all simple as well.

With a 'happy' card and ribbons on it, the tree was delivered personally, on the following Saturday morning; this, in the most awful weather, to the home of a family member - for her birthday. And this is the message that I received from her about it:

'Thank you for this amazing tree, as you can see it’s in the garage as we’ve been having some biblical rains over the weekend!! Lots of love.'

So, with many thanks, I'm delighted to give the nursery a 5 star recommendation. Why wouldn't one anyway, when it has such a wonderful name?! :)

We recently used Romantic Garden Nurseries to supply trees for our wedding day, and have nothing but great feedback to share.

The team liaised with my mum in the run up to the day, talking her through our different options and the pros and cons of each.

In terms of set-up, Will was prompt with both drop off and collection of the trees, making life so easy during a busy time! We had so many compliments on both the silver birch we had in the marquee and the olive trees outside - thanks so much Will!

Just hired some plants for our wedding. Will was very accommodating and walked us through all our options at the nursery, based on what we were looking for.

Will and his team were also super punctual with both the drop-off and pick-up of the hired plants, which really helped us manage our time -- both for placing them at the venue and getting other tasks done.

In addition, the plants looked great!!

Due to not being able to find a suitable route which was hgv friendly I called the premises and was directed in by a kind man who later l found out was the owner he stayed on the phone directing me all the way
So thank you sir was much appreciated
Staff were great who unloaded me thank and hope to see you again

This is an amazing nursery with a great selection of shrubs and trees to buy or hire in a variety of shapes and sizes.
We hired a selection of trees for our daughter’s wedding reception in a barn last week. The barn was situated in the middle of nowhere but, notwithstanding, all the trees were delivered, positioned and collected by the nursery, who were so helpful from start to finish.
